These terms govern your use of SmashForge and this website, operated by Jix Studios. By using them, you agree to these terms.

License to use SmashForge

SmashForge is provided free of charge for you to create with. You may use it to design and play your own platform fighters for personal and non-commercial purposes. Commercial-use terms will be clarified as the product matures.

Your creations

You own what you make. The original characters, stages and content you create are yours.
You are responsible for your creations and for not infringing the rights of others (for example, do not upload others' copyrighted or trademarked material).

Our intellectual property

The SmashForge name, logo, software and original assets are the property of Jix Studios and are protected by law.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break security, no unlawful content, no harassment, no automated abuse.

Disclaimers & liability

SmashForge is provided "as is", without warranties, during active development. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jix Studios is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.

Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (to be confirmed at launch).

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here.
